A Sympathy Card

I really am enjoying using Betsy's Shape Shifter dies.  Smokey Shadow cardstock was layered behind the Oval 1 cutout and popped back with foam tape to give it more depth. Lizzie's Vogue Vases and Simple Stems were also popped, although the photo does not give the impression of depth very well. One of these days I need to start experimenting with photo and layout techniques to give my photo examples a more professional look.

• INK: Spring Rain, Aqua Mist, Green Parakeet, Smokey Shadow.
• PAPER: Stamper's Select White, Smokey Shadow.
• DIES:  Simple Stems, Vogue Vases, Shape Shifters: Oval 1, Tag Sale: Quilted.
• OTHER: Foam Tape, MISTI Mini, Blending Tools.

Papertrey's Make It Monday tutorials have always inspired me. This week's presentation by Lizzie Jones, Above & Below was the inspiration for my card.  I'm earmarking this card as a good candidate for one of the Transformation Tuesday projects,  as the images ended up setting to high on the card. This was a result of a boo-boo i needed to cover up.. 😏

• INK: Aqua Mist, Hawaiian Shores, Tropical Teal, Sweet Blush, Pale Peony, Melon Berry, Prairie Grass, Olive Twist.
• PAPER: Stamper's Select White, Aqua Mist.
• DIES: Shape Shifters: Circle 1, The Sweet Life Dies, Penned Elegance Dies.
• OTHER: Wood Block Prints Stencil, Mini Misti, Foam Tape, Rayon Seam Binding (dyed with re-inkers).
